摘要：: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibody that specifically binds to &alpha；&bgr；but binds to neither other &alpha；integrins nor non-specific integrins.SOLUTION: The invention provides an antibody that specifically binds to &alpha；&bgr；but binds to neither other &alpha；integrins nor non-specific integrins. Further, the invention provides a method for treating a mammal affected with &alpha；&bgr；-mediated diseases or at risk of having &alpha；&bgr；-mediated diseases or a method for diagnosing &alpha；&bgr；-mediated diseases.【課題】αｖβ６に対して特異的に結合し、かつ、他のαｖインテグリンにも非特異的インテグリンにも結合しない抗体を得ること。【解決手段】本発明は、αｖβ６に対して特異的に結合し、他のαｖインテグリンにも非特異的インテグリンにも結合しない抗体を提供する。さらに、本発明は、αｖβ６媒介疾患を有するかもしくはこの疾患を有する危険性がある哺乳動物を処置する方法、またはαｖβ６媒介疾患を診断する方法をも提供する。【選択図】なし
