According to the present invention, disclosed is a handpiece comprising: a case (110) which is formed by assembling a plurality of case parts (111, 112) in a pen shape a cutting tip (120) which is placed to protrude from an end portion of one side of the case (110), and is heated by a supplied high frequency power source to cut an affected portion (P) an inlet (130) which is placed closely to the cutting tip (120) on one side of the case (110) and sucks smoke generated when the cutting tip (120) cuts the affected portion (P) inside the case (110) an outlet (140) which is placed on the other side of the case (110) and discharges the smoke introduced into the case (110) through the inlet (130) to the outside and a guide pipe (150) which is formed as a pipe to surround a circumference of the cutting tip (120), is inserted into and coupled to one side of the case (110), and guides the smoke generated through an open one side thereof into the inlet (130).
