FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: apparatus comprises a casing with an intake chamber and a low-pressure chamber, a plate reflector for removal of extra seeds, a central rubber agitator installed on a horizontal shaft, and a kicker guide for seeds. Between the intake chamber and the low-pressure chamber there is a sowing disc installed vertically with two rows of suction holes displaced relative to each other in transverse direction by 1 cm. The reflector for removal of "extra" seeds adjoins the end plane of the sowing disc. The kicker guide for seeds is installed in the lower part of the casing and comprises a body. The body is made in the form of a hollow cylinder, with a hingedly attached kicker. At the same time the body of the kicker guide is installed so that the kicker is located in the area of seeds dropping and adjoins the end surface of the sowing disc. The kicker is made as capable to vary the inclination angle to the horizon. A seed guide made in the form of a chute bent along the arc in direction opposite to the direction of sowing apparatus movement is attached to the lower part of the kicker guide body. A sensor is installed in the area of seeds kicking. The sensor output is connected to the input of the seeds leakage detection unit. The seeds leakage detection unit comprises the following serially connected components - the input of the seeds leakage detection unit, a delay element and a trigger. The output of the latter is connected to the output of the seeds leakage detection unit, and the input of "zero" setting - to the input of the seeds leakage detection unit.
