PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead suppressed to a small outer diameter while suppressing the positional shift of the lead when the lead is introduced into a blood vessel.SOLUTION: A lead 10 includes a lead body 20 formed of a linear member having insulating properties, a pair of electrodes 25 and 26 provided to the lead body so as to be exposed to the outside and an electric wire 30 provided in the lead body to be electrically connected to an electrode and extended toward the base end of the lead body. The lead body has a tongue part 21 in which a central part 21a is formed into a curved shape and the linear member is formed so that end parts 21b and 21c are opposed to each other, the leading end arm 22 connected to one end part of the tongue part to extend, and a base end arm 23 connected to the other end part of the tongue part to extend.
