An optical inspection apparatus for inspecting a tissue comprises a first body, a second body and a connecting portion. The second body includes a detecting portion which includes at least one light emitting unit and at least one light sensing unit. The light emitting unit emits a light entering into the tissue, and the light sensing unit receives the light exiting from the tissue and generates a sensing signal. The connecting portion is connected with the first body and the second body. The first body and the second body have a first relative position, and they can be changed to a second relative position through the connecting portion by extending, sliding or rotating.
