An athletes mouthguard containing at least one hologram that has been selected for an ability to project or convey various attributes such as wellness, strength, flexibility, focus, endurance, and balance, or other traits to otherwise stabilize and harmonize the users body. The hologram need not contain a recognizable team insignia or recognizable advertising logo, and indeed the hologram need not necessarily be visible to outsiders when the mouthguard is worn.
