The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating a resistant cancer, a recurrent cancer or a metastatic cancer and, more specifically, to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating a resistant cancer, a recurrent cancer or a metastatic cancer by using at least one of a Topoisomerase II inhibitor and mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR)/phosphoinositide 3-kinase(PI3K) inhibitor, wherein the pharmaceutical composition of the present invention can be used for preventing and/or treating cancer by effectively inducing the growth and death of cells of the resistant cancer, the recurrent cancer or the metastatic cancer, in particular, among other cancers.본 발명은 내성암, 재발암, 또는 전이암의 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물, 보다 상세하게는 토포아이소머라제 Ⅱ (Topoisomerase Ⅱ) 저해제 및 mTOR(mammalian target of rapamycin)/PI3K(phosphoinositide 3-kinase) 저해제 중 1종 이상을 이용한 내성암, 재발암 또는 전이암의 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물에 관한 것으로, 암 중에서도 특히 내성암, 재발암, 또는 전이암 세포의 세포 증식 및 세포사멸을 효과적으로 유도하여 암을 예방 및/또는 치료하는데 사용될 수 있다.
