PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat generating device for promoting circulation of the blood by warming up the body, and suppressing a movement of a body part where the heat generating device is applied.SOLUTION: The heat generating device attached to the body includes: a heat generating part having a heat generating composition which generates heat by being in contact with the air, enclosed in the section and at least one hand part which is attached to the heat generating part and is formed from an elastic material.
