The present invention relates to an endo-bag for a surgery which comprises an injection stick (110) forming a main hand (111) on the back end； an extraction pocket (120) coupling a spring (121) with the front end of the injection stick (110) while opening the upper part to be formed in triangular shape, and coupling the upper part with the spring (121)； and a guide pipe (130) maintaining the extraction pocket (120) in a state of being coupled with a spring (122) while allowing the injection stick (110) to penetrate to be moved back and forth to not only control an organ to be extracted not to be leaned, but also make external extraction easy, minimize the use of space, and reduce the inflowing amount of air caused by same, while completely taking out the extracted matter at the same time.본 발명은 수술용 엔도백에 관한 것으로, 후단에 메인 손잡이(111)를 형성한 주입 스틱(110)과, 상기 주입 스틱(110)의 전단에 스프링(121)을 결합하되 삼각형상으로 형성하여 상부를 개구하고 개구한 상부를 스프링(121)에 결합하는 적출주머니(120), 및 상기 적출주머니(120)를 스프링(122)에 감긴 상태를 유지시키되 주입스틱(110)을 관통시켜 전후 이동하도록 하는 가이드관(130)으로 구성하므로, 추출하는 장기의 쏠림현상을 억제하할 뿐만 아니라 외부 추출이 용이하며 공간의 사용을 최소화하고 이로 인한 공기의 유입량을 줄일 수 있도록 하며 이와 동시에 적출물을 완벽하게 외부로 꺼낼 수 있는 것이다.
