PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fire warning facilities capable of installing an AED with small facilities investment within a monitoring area of a building and notifying a use state of the AED.SOLUTION: A transmitter 2, an AED 3, and a use detection device 4 of the AED 3 are provided in a fire hydrant housing 1. The use detection device 4 is connected in parallel with a common line C and a telephone line T for connecting the transmitter 2 and a fire receiver 5. When the AED 3 is used, the use detection device 4 outputs a short-circuit signal that intermittently short-circuits the common line C and the telephone line T as a detection signal to the fire receiver 5.
