There is no description in the state of technique of a formulation,application or product of D-Ala7-Angiotensin-(1-7) (A-779) and analogues andderivatives, D-Pro7-Angiotensin-(1-7) and analogues or derivatives or of Ang-(1-7) analogues or derivatives using ciclodextrines, lipossomes, biodegradablepolymers and its derivatives for the study or treatment of arterialhypertension and other cardiovascular diseases and its complications, wounds,burns, erithema, tumors, diabetes mellitus, sperm mobility, nephropathy,gastrointestinal and gynaecological disorders, angiogenesis, angioplatsy,alopecia and blood diseases in animals of warm blood, or as ligands for de G-protein-coupled receptor MAS. This characterizes the present invention as amore effective option for the study and treatment of pathologies associated ornot to this receptor. The present invention is characterized by thecombination of two different technologies: the molecular encapsulament of thepeptide angiotensin-(1-7) and its analogues and derivates in cyclodextrin andthe microencapsulament in biodegradable polymers and lipossomes. It is alsocharacterized by the increase of this peptides and its analogues andderivatives using the formulation of the present invention.
