PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image recording device for facilitating the extraction of an image of a desired scene.SOLUTION: The feature amount of an image is extracted from an image signal to be input. The extracted feature amount is compared with a prepared determination feature amount so as to determine an image kind. When the image kind is changed or statuses acquired from multiple peripheral apparatuses are changed, an editing point and meta information related to the image kind and the statuses are added to recording data for recording the image, so as to record the data as integrated recording data. Then, the image kind and the statuses are designated from the integrated recording data after recording.
