An inside out turning-based silk cocoon stripping and washing integrated machine. The machine comprises a conveying device for conveying a silk cocoon, a punching device for punching the silk cocoon, a capturing device for taking out the silk cocoon, an expansion device cooperating with the capturing device and expanding the silk cocoon, and a washing device for washing the silk cocoon. A silk cocoon is punched, captured, then turned inside out under the cooperation of the expansion structure, and washed in a pool after the inside out turning; the procedures are completed in one machine, and thus the efficiency is high. The silk cocoon is cleaned during expansion on a balloon sleeve (C3); thus, the thickness of the silk cocoon after the expansion is uniform, the silk cocoon is not easy to break, and the washing efficiency is high.
