PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely detect even a PTP package agent which tends to be curled by a reflection type optical sensor.SOLUTION: The PTP cassette 10 includes an aligning and storing part 11 for holding PTP package agents 8 in the state of laying them respectively, mounting them on the upper surface of a storage space bottom member 15, vertically piling them up, aligning them and storing them, and successive discharge mechanisms 16-26 for performing forward-feeding of a movable member 19 to act on the rear end of the bottom one of the PTP package agents 8 along the storage space bottom member 15 by a feed mechanism 16, and the PTP package agents 8 are fed sideways in the order from the bottom and discharged to the front from the discharge port 13 of the aligning and storing part 11. The reflection type optical sensor behind the discharge port is provided on the left 21, 23 and right 22, 24, and the OR of medicine presence is taken.
