The present invention relates to a hydraulic endoscopy apparatus. The hydraulic endoscopy apparatus comprises: an endoscopy tube having at least one channel formed therein a sharp head unit which approaches or is separated from a distal end of the endoscopy tube a plurality of hydraulic drive units installed between the endoscopy tube and the sharp head unit, and independently extended and contracted by supply of independent hydraulic pressures a plurality of operating flow passages formed to be connected to the hydraulic drive units in the endoscopy tube to form flow passages of a fluid to extend and contract the hydraulic drive units and a plurality of hydraulic pumps connected to the operating flow passages to allow the fluid to flow into the hydraulic drive units or discharge the fluid from the hydraulic drive units. At least one among the hydraulic drive units is selectively extended by an individual operation of the hydraulic pumps to adjust an angle of the sharp head unit with respect to the endoscopy tube. Accordingly, in adjusting a scan direction of the sharp head unit of the endoscopy apparatus, the scan direction can be precisely adjusted by selective extension or contraction of the hydraulic drive units extended and contracted by hydraulic pressures.
