PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT apparatus rapidly reconstituting an enlarged CT image.SOLUTION: An X-ray CT apparatus includes a display control part 38a, a pre-processing part 34 and a reconstitution part 36. The display control part 38a displays a CT image designated as an image to be displayed, on a display part, every time either CT image of a plurality of reconstituted CT images is designated as the image to be displayed. The display control part 38a displays an enlarged CT image newly reconstituted, on the display part, when receiving enlargement instruction for enlarging the CT image displayed on the display part. The pre-processing part 34 performs pre-processing to raw data corresponding to the CT image designated as the image to be displayed every time either CT image of the plurality of CT images is designated as the image to be displayed. When receiving the enlargement instruction, the reconstitution part 36 reconstitutes the enlarged CT image using the pre-processed raw data on the basis of the enlargement instruction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】迅速に拡大ＣＴ画像を再構成するＸ線ＣＴ装置を提供する。【解決手段】Ｘ線ＣＴ装置は、表示制御部３８ａと、前処理部３４と、再構成部３６とを備える。表示制御部３８ａは、再構成済みの複数のＣＴ画像のうち、いずれかのＣＴ画像が表示対象の画像として指定される都度、表示対象の画像として指定されたＣＴ画像を表示部に表示させる。表示制御部３８ａは、表示部に表示されたＣＴ画像を拡大する拡大指示を受け付けた場合に、新たに再構成された拡大ＣＴ画像を表示部に表示させる。前処理部３４は、複数のＣＴ画像のうち、いずれかのＣＴ画像が表示対象の画像として指定される都度、表示対象の画像として指定されたＣＴ画像に対応する生データに対して前処理を施す。再構成部３６は、拡大指示を受け付けた場合に、拡大指示に基づいて、前処理が施された生データを用いて、拡大ＣＴ画像を再構成する。【選択図】図１
