PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy both improvement of abrasion resistance of a sensor part and reduction in a manufacturing cost, and to improve measurement accuracy in a body moisture meter.SOLUTION: A sensor is constituted of a multilayer structure in which a plurality of printed circuit boards having both a surface and a rear surface on which wiring can be performed are laminated. In the printed circuit board provided on a first tier having a first surface making contact with a body surface of a subject out of the plurality of the laminated printed circuit boards, two comb-shaped electrodes for measuring electrostatic capacitance of the body surface of the subject are arranged on a second surface that is opposite of the first surface in such a manner that respective comb teeth are staggered.
