The present invention relates to a device for suppressing teeth grinding, in which: an upper outer separation guard is formed on both sides of the outer periphery of an upper teeth seating member in which upper teeth are seated； and a lower inner separation guard is formed on both sides of the inner periphery of a lower teeth seating member in which lower teeth are seated, wherein the upper teeth seating member having the upper outer separation guard on both outer sides thereof is configured to be adhered on and fitted to the upper teeth, and in case where the upper teeth are too irregular or front teeth of the upper teeth are too protruded to use the upper teeth seating member, the lower teeth seating member having the lower inner separation guard on both inner sides thereof is configured to be adhered on and fitted to the lower teeth of a user to be used on the lower teeth of the user. Accordingly, the device of the present invention serves to suppress teeth grinding that occurs when the user moving the upper and lower teeth sideways, thus effectively preventing dental damage to the upper and lower teeth caused by such teeth grinding.본 발명은 상악치열에 안착되는 상악치열 안착부재의 외측둘레 양측에 상부외측 이탈방지턱을 형성하고, 하악치열이 안착되는 하악치열 안착부재의 내측둘레 양측에 하부내측 이탈방지턱을 형성하여, 상부외측 이탈방지턱을 외측양측에 구비한 상악치열 안착부재를 상악치열에 피착되어 끼우도록 구성되고, 상악치열이 많이 불규칙하거나 상악치열 중 앞니가 너무 돌출되어 상악치열 안착부재를 사용할 수 없는 경우 사용자의 하악치열에 사용되게 하부내측 이탈방지턱을 내측양측에 구비한 하악치열 안착부재를 하악치열에 피착되어 끼우도록 구성되며, 수면 시 상,하악치열을 좌우로 이동시키면서 행하는 이갈이를 억제하고 이갈이에 의한 상,하악의 치아손상을 효과적으로 방지하도록 구성한 이갈이억제용 장치에 관한 것이다.
