The absorbent cotton core runs through the inner bottle cover. The atomizer comprises an atomizer housing (4), a circuit (100), and a microporous atomizing plate (7). A mist outlet (40) is provided on the atomizer housing. The circuit board and the microporous atomizing plate are provided within the atomizer housing. The microporous atomizing plate is connected to the circuit board. The end of the absorbent cotton core arranged outside of the bottle body is inserted into the atomizer housing and abutted against an atomizing part of the microporous atomizing plate.
