PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planting device which has a simple structure and does not require large scale construction work for installation and with which a structure enabling three dimensional arrangement of plants in a space between a ceiling and floor of a building can be constructed.SOLUTION: A planting device 1a comprises a body part 12 which has a hollow structure and a plurality of opening parts 121 on its side face, a base part 21 attached to the body part 12 slidably in a vertical direction, plant placing bodies 124 provided inside the body part 12 as well as in the vicinities of the respective opening parts 121 and having holes formed therein, and a water supply part 123 which supplies water to above the plant placing body 124 which is positioned at the uppermost stage.
