The present invention provides radiopharmaceutical agents for in vivo imaging, which comprise a metal complex of a radiometal conjugated to a biological targeting molecule. The invention provides novel tetradentate diaminedioxime chelating agents, useful for preparing such radiometal complexes and radiopharmaceuticals.
