To provide a walking analyzing device, method, and program, capable of relatively accurately identifying a region on a sensor sheet to which foot pressure has been actually applied, regardless of a subject's walking pattern and with small hardware resources.SOLUTION: A walking analyzing device comprises a plurality of sensor sheets, a control unit, and a storage unit. The control unit is electrically connected to each of the plurality of sensor sheets through a shared signal line. The control unit temporarily determines that a pressure region on each of the plurality of sensor sheets is a pressure region shown by an electric signal input through the signal line. The storage unit stores the pressure region on each of the plurality of sensor sheets, the pressure region being temporarily determined until a subject ends walking on the plurality of sensor sheets after starting the walking.
