PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bioelectrode that can reduce a discomfort feeling brought about by attachment and an uncomfortable feeling of an appearance and that can be stably brought into contact with a skin surface on that basis to enable stable detection of a biosignal.SOLUTION: A plurality of contactors 12 made of a conductive fiber configured by coating a substrate fiber with an electroconductive polymer are extended out in a raised state from a base 11. When the contactor 12 is urged to come into contact with the skin 17, the many contactors 12 reach and come into contact with a surface of the skin 17 by properly passing through clearances among hairs 16 because the contactor 12 is made of the conductive fiber.
