PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a good-looking and dog-friendly dog collar having a sufficient cushioning property not injuring the skin of the neck of a dog or not generating depilation in the neck.SOLUTION: A dog collar is configured by sewing a belt-like inside belt body positioned on the neck side of a dog and an outside belt body positioned on the opposite side. The inside belt body is formed by lapping and sticking a belt-like cushion material having a width equal to a first flat belt-like core material and an inward convex and semi-cylindrical cross section on the inside of the flat belt-like core material made of artificial leather, and sticking and covering first cattle leather on the whole overlapped belt body outer face. The outside belt body is formed in the same width as the inside belt body by sticking and covering second cattle leather on the whole outer face of a second flat belt-like core material made of the artificial leather.
