The present disclosure provides a method of treating hepatocellular carcinoma (eg, unresectable HCC) with lenvatinib or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. Lenvatinib, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, for use in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma (eg, unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma) by any of the methods described herein.
