The present invention relates to a hair growth treatment comprising a herbal medicine extract and a method for preparing the same. More particularly, the prevent invention relates to a hair growth treatment composition comprising oil and bees wax in combination with a herbal medicine extract of Nelumbinis Semen, Angelica gigas Nakai, Perilla frutescens var. acuta, Poria cocos, Cnidium officinale Makino, ginseng, Alisma canaloculatum, Glycyrrhiza uralensis, Angelica dahurica roots and Eclipta prostrata. The present invention also relates to a method for preparing the hair growth treatment comprising a preparation step, a hydrothermal extraction step, a distillation extraction step, a filtering-cooling step, a sterilization step, a blending step, a heating step and a solidification step. The ingredients contained in the herbal medicines are extracted by a hydrothermal step and a distillation extraction step to extract low-molecular weight hair growth treatment materials, which, in turn, are mixed with bees wax and oil and stored in a portable convenient casing, so that they may be applied to a site having alopecia without any limitation in spaces to alleviate and improve alopecia conditions.본 발명은 한방 약재 추출물이 포함된 발모제 및 그 제조방법으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 오일과 비즈왁스와 연자육, 당귀, 자소엽, 백복령, 천궁, 인삼, 택사, 감초, 백지 및 예장초의 추출물이 혼합된 약재추출로 이루어진 발모제 조성물과 준비단계, 열수추출단계, 증류추출단계, 여과·냉각단계, 살균단계, 배합단계, 가열단계 및 응고단계로 이루어지는 발모제 제조방법에 관한 것으로 상기 한방 약재에 함유되어있는 성분을 열수추출단계과 증류추출단계에 의하여 극미립 저분자의 발모제 물질을 추출하고, 비즈왁스와 오일을 혼합한 후 휴대와 사용이 간편한 케이스에 보관하여 장소에 구애받지 않고 편리하게 탈모부위에 도포하며, 탈모 증상을 완화 및 개선한다는 장점이 있다.
