The present invention relates to isolated immunoglobulin heavy chain polypeptides and isolated immunoglobulin light chain polypeptides that bind to a programmed death-1 (PD-1) protein. The present invention provides PD-1 binding agents comprising the immunoglobulin heavy chain polypeptides described above and isolated immunoglobulin light chain polypeptides.
