The bag is defined by a region of the bag defining an opening an exterior surface of the bag depending from the opening and a channel formed into the exterior surface of the bag, wherein the channel provides access to the interior of the bag through the exterior surface. Also provided is a tissue retrieval defined by a region of the bag defining an opening an exterior surface of the bag depending from the opening and at least one porthole on the exterior of the bag, wherein at least one tube extends from the at least one porthole.
