PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing stretchable sheets capable of highly efficiently manufacturing a strechable sheet in which adhesive is appropriately used, which scarcely causes fall-out of threadlike elastic bodies, and has flexibility and practically substantial stretching properties.SOLUTION: An adhesive application device 17 is used, when continuously manufacturing the stretchable sheet having strong adhesion parts in which adhesive force between the sheet and threadlike elastic body is relatively strong, and weak adhesion parts in which the adhesive force is relatively weak compared with the strong adhesion parts. The adhesive application device includes: a tank 171 for storing the adhesive application means 172A and 172B for applying the adhesive to band-like sheets 50 and 60 (original fabrics of the sheets) and supply paths 173A and 173B for supplying the application means 172A and 172B with the adhesive in the tank 171. The supply path 173A and the supply path 173B are configured independent from each other so as to prevent the adhesive passing through both the supply paths from being mixed before being applied to the band-like sheets 50 and 60.
