PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tactile presentation apparatus in which information for grasping a situation surrounding an operator, in particular, a situation ahead in an advancing direction can be transferred in a high-convenience style.SOLUTION: A tactile presentation apparatus 1 includes an imaging section 20 which captures an image, a touch detection section 40 which detects a touch, a tactile presentation section 50 which presents tactile for an object touching the touch detection section 40, and a control section 10 which makes a position of a block for guiding the handicapped in sight included in the image captured by the imaging section 20 corresponding to a position in the touch detection section 40.
