PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved compression device for applying compression treatment to a part of a patients body without impairing durability and clinical effectiveness.SOLUTION: The compression device 10 has improved cooling capability. The device includes a hygroscopic layer adapted to move moisture. A portion of the hygroscopic layer is exposed from under bladder material defining a bladder 24b.
