PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article capable of suppressing a wearer from directly touching an agent so as to hardly receive stimulation and inhibit damage of use feeling even when applying an agent to a top sheet.SOLUTION: A top sheet 2 of an absorbent article includes: a plurality of projections 11 extended in the lengthwise direction and formed in the width direction at previously set intervals and a plurality of groove parts 12 extended in the lengthwise direction and formed between the projections 11. The groove part 12 has a first recess 21 including a first bottom 22, and a plurality of second recesses 26 formed in the first recess 21.
