PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of equalizing the orientation of interference colored pearl luster powders on dispersion in the form of an emulsion containing the interference colored pearl luster powders to achieve additive color mixing in the emulsification system.SOLUTION: The makeup cosmetic containing 1-20 mass% interference colored pearl luster powders having a particle diameter measured by a Coulter counter of 50-200 &mum contains at least one core-shell type acrylic polymer emulsion. Such a makeup cosmetic is preferably an oil-in-water emulsion cosmetic and contains aminomethylpropanol fatty acid soap as a surface active agent, and the interference colored pearl luster powders are of metal oxide-coated borosilicic acid glass.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】 保乳化系に於ける加法混色を実現すべく、干渉光パール粉体を含有する乳化剤形に於いて、前記干渉光パール粉体の分散時に於ける配向性を均一ならしめる技術を提供することを課題とする。 【解決手段】 コルターカウンターにて測定した粒径が50μm乃至200μmである、干渉光パール光沢粉体を1-20質量%含有する乳化化粧料において、コア・シェル型のアクリル系ポリマーエマルションを1種乃至は2種以上含有するメークアップ化粧料を提供する。このようなメークアップ化粧料としては、水中油乳化化粧料であって、界面活性剤としてアミノメチルプロパノール脂肪酸石鹸を含有し、干渉光パール光沢粉体が、金属酸化物被覆ホウケイ酸ガラスであることが好ましい。【選択図】 なし
