PURPOSE: A three dimensional manufacturing apparatus of cell culture product is provided to simply manufacture cell culture product without separate process planting cells in a biodegradable polymer support. CONSTITUTION: A three dimensional manufacturing apparatus comprises a manufacturing liquid storage tank(610), a drug storage tank(620), a hardener storage tank(630), a double injection nozzle(700), and a collection table(200). In the manufacturing liquid storage tank, cell culturing liquid and cell culturing support-manufacturing liquid is stored. In the drug storage tank, drug for promoting cell culturing is stored. In the hardener storage tank, a hardener is stored. The double injection nozzle consists of a first injection nozzle, and a second injection nozzle. The storage tank stores the cell culturing support manufacturing liquid. The second spray nozzle connects to the hardener storage tank, and in order to spray hardener, the second spray nozzle is formed by a cylindrical conduit, surrounding the outer side of the first spray nozzle. On the collection table, the cell culturing support manufacturing liquid, the drug, and the hardener is plotted.본 발명은 생체 조직공학에 사용되는 3차원 세포 배양체 제조장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 세포 배양액과 하이드로 젤의 혼합물인 세포 배양 지지체 제조액 및 약물을 분사하여 경화시킴으로써 생분해성 고분자 지지체에 별도로 세포를 심는 과정이 필요없이 간단하게 세포 배양체를 제조할 수 있는 3차원 세포 배양체 제조장치에 관한 것이다.
