PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eye drop aid that facilitates fine eye drop operation even for an elderly person by the "principle of leverage" using a storage case as pressing means of a medical solution bottle, and enables force adjustment by the whole hand a palm of which wraps it up, and therefore is very easily used.SOLUTION: An eye drop aid comprises an intermediate member forming a holding hole for inserting a neck part of a medical solution bottle, and a pair of holding members with a storage recess for storing the medical solution bottle in a swingable manner on both sides of the intermediate member. The eye drop aid includes a storage container for storing the medical solution bottle between the pair of holding members when not in use. Also, an adapter for accurately holding the medical solution bottle at the eye drop position by abutting around an eye in the eye drop operation stands in a proper position of the intermediate member.
