PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique in which in the condition in which there is not the fear that chamber internal high pressure steam leaks, even if a finger is hung at one end part of a lid and is pulled, thereby the lid is transformed somewhat, and a close lid detection switch can keep a close lid detection condition.SOLUTION: A close lid detection switch 10 is disposed at the sterilizer body side, an operation part 15 biased by a first biasing spring 16 is disposed at the lid side, a slide piece 13 biased to the lid side by a second biasing spring 12 to operate the close lid detection switch 10 is disposed at the sterilizer body side, until the lid moves a predetermined dimension to the direction parting from a regular closed position, the operation part 15 and the slide piece 13 keep the touching condition by the first biasing spring 16 and the second biasing spring 12, and the close lid detection switch 10 keeps the close lid detection condition, when the lid exceeds the predetermined dimension, and parts, the close lid detection switch 10 is made a non-close lid detection condition.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】チャンバー内の高圧蒸気が漏れ出す虞がない状態において、蓋の一端部に指を掛けて引っ張ることにより蓋が若干変形しても、閉蓋検出スイッチが閉蓋検出状態を維持することができる技術を提供する。【解決手段】滅菌器本体側に閉蓋検出スイッチ10、蓋側に第1付勢バネ16にて付勢される作動部15、滅菌器本体側に閉蓋検出スイッチ10を作動するよう第2付勢バネ12にて蓋側に向けて付勢されるスライドピース13を設け、蓋が正規の閉じた位置から離れる方向へ所定寸法移動するまで、第1付勢バネ16と第2付勢バネ12によって作動部15とスライドピース13が当接状態を維持して閉蓋検出スイッチ10が閉蓋検出状態を保ち、蓋が所定寸法を超えて離れたとき閉蓋検出スイッチ10が非閉蓋検出状態とする。【選択図】図6
