PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a model material composition for 3D molding, which can produce a 3D molded article containing a rubber material and having both elongation and strength.SOLUTION: Provided is a model material composition for 3D molding, comprising a plurality of kinds of monomers having ethylenic polymerizable groups and a photoinitiator. The plurality of kinds of monomers having ethylenic polymerizable groups contain a first monofunctional monomer having one ethylenic polymerizable group, and a second monofunctional monomer having one ethylenic polymerizable group. The first monofunctional monomer further has an amide group, the second monofunctional monomer has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 10°C or less, and a polymer, obtained by polymerizing the plurality of kinds of monomers having ethylenic polymerizable groups, has a glass transition temperature (Tg) determined by a Fox equation is 0°C or more.
