PURPOSE: A freeze prevention method of a sterilization device is provided to prevent the freezing of a sterilization device by spraying preheated compressed air to a flow path and an injection nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A freeze prevention method of a sterilization device comprises: a step(210) of sensing the temperature of the location where a sterilization device is installed； a step(220) of producing a temperature variation slope around the sterilization device； a step(230) of determining whether a power source is cut or not according to the produced value； a step(240) of exhausting preheated air to the flow path and injection nozzle； a step(260) of sensing the temperature around the sterilization device through the temperature sensor； and a step(270) keeping the power source of the controller in a standby state.본 발명은 방역장치의 동결방지방법에 관한 것으로, 방역작업을 마친 후 유로 및 분사노즐에 남아있는 약액을 방역장치 주위온도 또는 주위온도변화를 감지하여 동결이 가능한 온도일 경우 일정량의 예열 된 압축공기를 유로 및 분사노즐에 분사함으로써 방역장치 내부의 동결을 사전에 방지하도록 하는데 그 목적이 있다.이를 위해 본 발명은, 방역장치의 동결방지방법에 있어서, 방제종료인가 판단하고, 방제종료이면 방역장치 주위온도를 감지하고, 감지된 방역장치 주위온도를 미리 정해진 기준온도와 비교하여 상기 방역장치 주위온도가 기준온도 이하이면 미리 정해진 일정시간 동안 제어부에 의해 공기예열기와 압축공기배출밸브를 동작시켜 상기 공기예열기에서 일정량의 예열된 공기가 압축공기배출밸브를 통해 방역장치 내부의 유로와 분사노즐로 배출하여 방역장치 내부의 유로와 분사노즐의 동결을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
