PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit excessive increase of inner pressure that may lead to the breakage of a hollow fiber membrane module.SOLUTION: A discharge port 60 of a hollow fiber membrane module 20 is connected with a discharge valve 62. Pressure sensors 28,32 measure inner pressure of the hollow fiber membrane module 20. A control unit 21 opens a discharge valve 62 on the basis of the inner pressure of the hollow fiber membrane module 20, to discharge foreign matter in the hollow fiber membrane.【課題】中空糸膜モジュールの破損に繋がるような過度の内圧増加を抑制する。【解決手段】中空糸膜モジュール２０の排出ポート６０には、排出バルブ６２が接続される。圧力センサ２８，３２は、中空糸膜モジュール２０の内圧を測定する。制御部２１は、中空糸膜モジュール２０の内圧に基づいて排出バルブ６２を開放させて、中空糸膜内の異物を排出させる。【選択図】図１
