The laryngoscope (160) according to the present invention includes: a blade (10) inserted into a mouth (174) of the patient (180) a handle (20) positioned in the blade and projected out from the mouth (174) of the patient (180) and the compressor (150) for a cricoid cartilage having a gear box (40) coupled to the handle (20) in the handle (20) and including a compressing position fixating unit (60) and a compressing position adjusting unit (140) passing both lateral walls of an outer wall of the gear box (40). The compressing position adjusting unit (140) is capable of being moved to the neck of the patient (180) while being positioned in an upper side of a head of the patient (180).
