The present invention relates to an apparatus for forming patterns on a surface of fruits and vegetables and, more specifically, to an apparatus which can be installed in immature fruits and vegetables without special fixating units, changes a shape thereof as the fruits and the vegetables are growing and forms predetermined patterns on the surface of the mature fruits and vegetables to be clearly identifiable. The apparatus for forming patterns on a surface of fruits and vegetables according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a plastic member having the outer surface and the inner surface, having an opening defined by the inner surface and having a ring shape without cut portions； and a pattern formed on the inner surface of the member.
