The system further includes a voltage sensorcoupled to the outputstage and configured to output a second differentiated signal corresponding toa voltage of the atleast one radio frequency waveform, the voltage sensor coupled to a secondconditioning circuitconfigured to integrate the second differentiated signal to output a processedvoltage signalindicative of the voltage, wherein the first and second conditioning circuitshave a substantiallysimilar bandpass and phase response.
