PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice cooking system for loosening cooked rice without trouble.SOLUTION: A rice cooking system 1 is equipped with an icon of "changeover" 42 as a changeover switch for inputting a changeover signal for switching the operation of loosening devices 10A and 10B from the operating loosening device 10A to the non-operating loosening device 10B to a main control device 20 in a loosening unit 10 or in the vicinity thereof.
