The present invention relates to a method for detecting, warning and accelerating blood circulation function and a pressing device thereof. The device of detecting, warning and accelerating blood circulation function having a pressing protrusion part is employed to apply massage to the middle line portion at the backside of the lower leg of a human body, so as to detect, warn and accelerate the blood circulation of that portion.
