The present invention provides a tissue anchor and a system and method employing same, the anchors including a body having a first section and a second section reversibly engagable with one another, each section including a plurality of barbs in the form of microneedles projecting from the underside therefore, the barbs on one section being inclined towards barbs on the other section, such that tissue may be captured and deformed between the barbs through displacement of the first section relative to the second section in order to achieve robust retention of the tissue anchor at a deployment site.La présente invention concerne un ancrage de tissu et un système et un procédé l'utilisant, les ancrages comprenant un corps ayant une première section et une seconde section pouvant venir en prise de manière réversible l'une avec l'autre, chaque section comprenant une pluralité de picots sous la forme de micro-aiguilles faisant saillie à partir de la face inférieure de celle-ci, les picots sur une section étant inclinés vers les picots sur l'autre section, de telle sorte qu'un tissu peut être capturé et déformé entre les picots par le déplacement de la première section par rapport à la seconde section afin d'obtenir une retenue robuste de l'ancrage de tissu au niveau d'un site de déploiement.
