CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains 0.1-10 weight% of saccharide surfactant, 0.1-20 weight% of fatty alcohol, and 0.1-2 weight% of starch as an active ingredient. The saccharide surfactant is sucrose polystearate, polyglyceryl-3 methylglucose distearate, cetearyl glucoside, or C12-C20 alkyl glucoside. The fatty alcohol is C12-C22 cetearyl alcohol, behenyl alcohol, batyl alcohol, arachidyl alcohol, or myristyl alcohol.
