The present invention relates to a system, a device, and a method to provide patient-customized diagnostic aid information. The device to provide diagnostic aid information displays a specific first medical image on a display by requesting an existing medical image of a patient to a medical image providing device, and detects a boundary of a first lesion area； selects a second medical image whose similarity with the first medical image is equal to or more than a predetermined value among a plurality of medical images newly photographed with time differences from the first medical image； and outputs information related to sizes of the first lesion area and a second lesion area by detecting the second lesion area of a position corresponding to the first lesion area included in the first medical image from the second medical image. Therefore, the accuracy and convenience of diagnosis are improved since a new medical institution is able to request medical images photographed in an existing specific medical institution through a communication network and use the medical images as diagnostic aid information.본 발명은 환자 맞춤형 진단 보조 정보 제공 시스템, 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 진단 보조 정보 제공 장치가 의료 영상 제공 장치로 환자의 기존 의료 영상을 요청하여 특정한 제1 의료 영상을 화면에 표시하고 제1 병변 영역의 경계를 검출하며, 제1 의료 영상과 시차를 두고 새롭게 촬영된 복수의 의료 영상 중에서 제1 의료 영상과 유사도가 일정치 이상인 제2 의료 영상을 선택하고, 제2 의료 영상에서 제1 의료 영상에 포함된 제1 병변 영역에 대응하는 위치의 제2 병변 영역을 검출하여 제1 병변 영역과 제2 병변 영역의 크기와 관련한 정보를 출력하며, 이를 통해 새로운 의료기관이 통신망을 통해 기존의 특정 의료기관에서 촬영한 의료 영상을 요청하여 진단 보조 정보로 활용할 수 있어 진단의 정확성과 편의성이 개선된다.
