The present invention, regarding a protector for operation inserted in the surgery unit formed by dissection for securing the tubular surgical path, comprises a tubular prosthetic tube inserted to be penetrated through the surgical unit for forming the tubular surgical path, and manufactured with an elastic material； and a control hole fixated on the upper edge of the prosthetic tube for controlling the diameter of the prosthetic tube.
