PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation system for bacterial infection-induced ovarian dysfunction and substances having curative properties against the same.SOLUTION: A screening method for substances having curative properties against bacterial infection-induced ovarian dysfunction includes the steps of subjecting an animal to an ovarian hyperstimulation treatment, dosing the animal with lipo-polysaccaride and/or lipoteichoic acid, dosing the animal with a test substance, and measuring the number of ovulation after these steps.
