The present invention relates to an insomnia test and indicator deduction using brainwaves. An insomnia confirmation method comprises the steps of: converting brainwave data of an examinee into a frequency component through fast Fourier transform； extracting characteristic information of the brainwave data from the converted frequency component； classifying the brainwave data into a plurality of frequency regions according to the characteristic information； and confirming a degree of insomnia by determining a sleep state of the examinee using the classified data.뇌파를 이용한 불면증 검사와 지표 도출에 관한 것이다. 불면증 확인 방법은, 피검자의 뇌파 데이터를 고속 푸리에 변환을 통해 주파수 성분으로 변환하는 단계； 상기 변환된 주파수 성분에서 상기 뇌파 데이터의 특징 정보를 추출하는 단계； 상기 특징 정보에 따라 상기 뇌파 데이터를 복수의 주파수 영역으로 분류하는 단계； 및 상기 분류된 데이터를 이용하여 상기 피검자의 수면 상태를 판단함으로써 불면증 정도를 확인하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
